Bare bones pic24 series programmer interface

Since the pic used in the LE and Wireless boards needs different requirements. Here is a quick and simple way to do it without using a Lynx pcb that uses that pic.

Note: this is NOT for the PIC18F's for Freestyle, MR16, SSR with DMX option, or the USB Dongle.

Note: this method can ALSO be used for the Zeus and SSCv4 PIC24F04KA200 PIC programming. Use the table at the bottom of the page for the specialized pin-outs.
