Bare bones PIC18F programmer interface

This page describes a "quick & dirty" programmer interface for the PIC18F2450 used on the DMX Dongle. Either the PICkit 2 or PICkit 3 programmer may be used.
Note, this is NOT for the PIC24's used on the Lynx Express and Wireless modules.
